The last two weeks have been a rollercoaster with PrimeTime and for that, we are extremely sorry. We have been fighting issues with CloudFlare that have us at their mercy. So we have decided to begin some upgrades and move in a different direction than CloudFlare.
What does this mean to you?
- Well, for one, shorter channel zapping. Channels will load almost 50% quicker
-Better quality and more channels. Since we are upgrading to bigger and more powerful servers, we can handle more channels and put them at a higher quality.
- Finally, better security! This is probably #1 on our list. We need to ensure all of our clients are secure while on our platform.
So expect some updates in the next week or so. If you are having issues with your service, please open a ticket. We will send out notifications during the main switch over. We are extremely happy about this update and what it will bring to the table for our clients. Oh and most importantly, LESS DOWNTIME!
**UPDATE** The changes are under way. When your plan renews, you will need to delete the old app and download the new one. CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR NEW INSTRUCTIONS!
Our old app will be retired after all old plans have expired.
